We take due care to ensure quality of products and to meet lead-time commitments, our priority is to ensure that all our customers should get value for their money, with delivery on time. Please be informed that we deliver only to an Indian address.

Payments:

All payments have to be in advance. Payment can be deposited directly to our bank account or Transferred online.

Return Policy:

In case the customer wish to return the item after purchase, for what so ever reason, a fee equal to 15% of the value will be deducted towards restocking, packing & handling charges. All freight To & Fro will be customer (Buyers) account. No Return for customized products. Keeping the fragile nature of these products, it is important. Please read the candle burning instructions carefully.

 

Delivery Term:

we understand your need to receive your order promptly so we strive to ship all orders within 72 Hrs. However for higher quantity or considering any other circumstances beyond our control, standard delivery period is 1-4. Please note that we deliver ONLY IN INDIA.
